here at UF we have a problem with the main county road running on the north border of campus; students (& probably faculty & staff but I have not seen it) forget they are no longer in a pedestrian-only zone & you can always find someone PACING in the X-walk yelling on the phone. Or just wander out into 4 lanes of traffic like it is a large grassy park. We could use a sign like that.

actually, if you look at the left side of the head, it looks like a Hassidic Jew with long Payos hanging down :=)
