I had a surprisingly hard time convincing my old health care provider that they had my birthday entirely wrong. Their date would have put me at around 2 years old.
Two comments. First, it's not at all surprising that you had trouble convincing them of that. Second, I also note that they have your entire birthday wrong, not just the year.
