Here you see a picture of a giant carrot, this thing is huge- the picture doesn’t even convey it. It was given to me by some caterers in a truck bay at NJIT. I’m wondering . . . do they also have giant everything else? Is there some big secret that the average consumer can’t know about?.
Another wierd thing, what is the story with these plants? My friend Ceaser says that there is a parasite inside with eggs that he has seen under a microscope. But the shell is definitely plant material made by the plant- how does it do that!
