A few months ago, when I went to the ATM, this receipt was in the machine when I got there:
In case you can't read it, this person currently has 80 cents in their checking account, having withdrawn $100. And yet, at the bottom of the receipt is the advertisement:

That is one drastic campaign from the mortgage company just to get clients. I'm afraid that they are putting their business at risk with such an activity. In this kind of business, you have to be sure about the debtor's capability to pay for the amount he/she loaned.
